The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 1 full bathroom with separate shower and bathtub. The dining table can seat 8 people outside. The kitchen is fully equipped with a double stove, coffee machine, juicer, microwave, blender and toaster, tea, coffee, and basic pantry items.

Within a few minutes drive or walk are a great bike and walking trails such as the Bibbulmun track. Five-minute drive to Dwellingup Tree Adventure’s where you can use zip lines to fly through the trees or you can visit Lane Poole Reserve and watch the waterfall or go for a swim at the river. There is also an old steam train, that takes tours during the day and offers a three-course meal at night.

Dwellingup Retreat is within easy walking distance to the local tavern, IGA, restaurants, Wine Tree Cidery, Hotham Valley Railway, sports oval, basketball court, and a little skate park.
