Boddington Retreat is the ideal home to book if you are looking for accommodation in Boddington, for a weekend or for a week for work. It is self-contained and is centrally located in the middle of Boddington.
The house is one of the original cottages that were built when Boddington was established in 1912, and it has a rose garden at the front of the house. The house has two bedrooms and sleeps up to 6 people. There is a queen bed in one bedroom and a queen bed and two bunk beds in the second room.
It has been fully renovated in the last ten years to keep you comfortable. It has two reverse cycle air conditioners. There is a large new playground only 800 meters up the road, which will keep children entertained for hours.
It has a large backyard that is ideal for children, and it is fully enclosed. The house is located 800 meters from the Hotham River and new playground. Boddington Retreat has two-bedrooms and is in the centre of the town, and you can easily walk to the local IGA and the pub. The house books quickly so don’t miss out!!
Backyard
Boddington Retreat has a large backyard with a BBQ. It is ideal for children to run freely or to watch the flames from the indoor wood stove or the stars in the night.
The kitchen at Boddington Retreat is brand new and features a dishwasher, electric stove, microwave, soda stream, coffee maker, juicer and refrigerator. It has kitchen table, in the middle of the room with a log stove for colder evenings. It has plates, cutlery and saucepans for all your cooking requirements. There is also a baby seat for younger members of the family.
Main Bedroom
The main bedroom at Boddington Retreat is situated at the front of the house and overlooks the front verandah. It receives the afternoon sun and has a queen bed. This room also has a chest of draws and rack to hang your clothes. If it becomes hot there is also a reverse cycle air conditioner within the room.
Second Bedroom
Boddington Retreat has two bedrooms. This bedroom features a queen bed and a bunk bed that has two single doona covers. This room also has a mirror on the wall and a chest of draws. It also has pillows on each bed and a fan.
Lounge Room
Lounge room has everything you need to relax with a three and two seater couch. It has a brand new TV that is connected to sat TV channel. I have also included some magazines, books and games to play if you don’t want to watch TV. Don’t miss out as it books quickly. You can book the whole house for $195 a night plus once off cleaning fee $80 below.
